Ticket Size 9x21cm | Saddle Stitch
While unpacking my luggage and go-to travel bag after returning from Japan’s New Year celebrations, I discovered a pile of stray tickets tucked in the corners. I spent a few hours scanning and assembling them into this haphazard little scrapbook—a memento of my ‘extreme traveler’ journey through 2024. The title borrows from an old WeChat signature I once used, ‘Try Anything Once,’ now adapted to ‘Travel Anywhere Once.’
The me from early 2024 could never have imagined: despite working through three major milestones this year, I’d not only shattered my chronic travel anxiety but also transformed travel itself into a weapon against it. Fittingly, my last organized project was also about combating anxiety (the lottery ticket archive). Seems this is just another chapter in my ongoing ‘Anxiety vs. Anti-Anxiety’ documentary series.
日本跨年回来收拾行李和常用旅行包的时候，在边角找出了不少票据。正好整理扫描了一下，花了几个小时拼了一本随意的东西，纪念一下我2024一整年的特种兵旅行征途。
标题取自很久以前改的微信签名try anything once，借此衍生travel anywhere once。
年初的我大概难以想象在全年上班赶了三个里程碑的情况下，能打破自己常年的旅游焦虑，并且用旅游作为全新的抵抗焦虑的方式。
正好上一个被我整理了的彩票企划也是抵抗焦虑之法的记录，这大概就是一个焦虑患者和焦虑斗争记录企划的又一环吧。
